ToQger Boonboomger Collaboration Episode Synopsis
The Boonboomger ToQger collaboration episode tells the story of Sakito taking the lonely Genba to a deserted place and taking care of him. Then, the sound of a harmonica echoed there for a moment. The person playing the music was Akira Nijino who called himself ToQger. He was also wearing an orange outfit. When Akira saw Sakito and Genba in a tense situation, he somehow proposed a sumo match. Although both were confused, they collided.
At that time, Senro Grumer appeared in the city. Ishiro and his friends were also attacked and were unable to fight back. To overcome this difficulty, the important thing is "imagination" to achieve victory. When Taiya was about to issue a move, ToQ 1gou appeared with a loud train sound.
Boonboomger ToQger Collaboration Episode Plot
The Boonboomger ToQger collaboration episode begins with Genba finally regaining consciousness after his failed attempt at revenge against Disrace. He is greeted by the duo of Sakito and Byun-Di, who tend to his wounds. Genba asks about their current location, only for Sakito to state that he doesn't know either, as the one who dragged Genba to their current location was Byun-Di.
Byun-Di comments that based on Genba's current condition, it's safe to assume that Genba lost to Disrace. Hearing the name of his arch enemy, Genba prepares to go for another attempt at revenge. However, he struggles to stay on his feet. As Byun-Di approaches Bureki Seijin in worry, the familiar, somber sound of a Harmonica can be heard nearby. With the Duo Cleaner asking who is playing the harmonica, a man, dressed as a construction worker stands up and looks at them in confusion as well.
Meanwhile, at the Boonboomger base, Boondorio is currently seen sewing the Boonboomgers' new costumes for use in space using space fibers and a traditional sewing machine. Mira is very excited about this event while Taiya and Ishiro are currently developing the finishing touches for the new Boonboom Car and future Goods on the PC. Mira then notices a roll of Orange cloth among the other Core Boonboomger colors, including the Gray and White ones. She smiles warmly as she remains optimistic that Genba will return as a Boonboomger someday.
Back at Genba & Sakito's location, the man with the harmonica finishes treating Genba's wounds, much to Genba's appreciation and to Sakito's amazement. The man then introduces himself as Akira Nijino after Sakito unsuccessfully tries to curry favor with him by calling him 'Buddy'. Byun-Di apologizes to Akira that they have intruded on his place without his permission. Akira accepts his apology as he will be leaving, since he has finished treating the rail.
Sakito asks what track maintenance is, and Byun-Di explains that Akira fixes the tracks to help the trains run safely. Akira also adds that he is a ToQger and starts playing his harmonica again. Genba gets up and tries to beat Disrace, but Byun-Di tells him that he has no chance of beating him in his current state. Sakito gets angry and they start fighting while Byun-Di tries to stop them, but Akira has an idea to finish it off.
On the train tracks, the Sanseaters are saddened by their inability to retrieve MadRex's memories, and Disrace is angry at them for their continued failures. Yarucar imitates Disrace and comforts Itasha, while Decotrade reminds them to keep collecting Gyahsoline. Itasha gets up and tries to get Kurumaju off the train, but trips and plunges her Ignition Key into the train tracks, creating Senro Grumer. While Itasha is disappointed by her failure, Grumer emits a blinding flash of light from her eyes, blinding the Sanseaters.
Back at the Boonboomger base, the Boonboomgers receive a call from Jyo, who warns them of the Kurumaju's appearance before screaming in panic and hanging up. The Boonboomgers rush to his location and find him, the Sanseaters and other civilians forced into a Conga Line led by Senro Grumer. Senro Grumer then fires a ball of light and forces Ishiro and Mira to join the line, trapping them as they continue their hell train, and summons Nejiretta to keep Taiya at bay, so Taiya transforms to fight them.
Outside the train station, Akira arranges a sumo match between Genba and Sakito, saying that his conductor once said it was the best way to deal with conflict. Genba tries to get out of the match while Sakito tries to convince him to rejoin the Boonboomgers and stop fighting alone. Genba claims they are different from him, Sakito tells him that is what makes them all good together. Genba then blocks his attack and throws them both.
He chastises Sakito and tells him that it was his only chance to defeat Disrace, and that it would be worth dying for if he didn't get it. After listening carefully, Akira asks Genba if he was looking for a place to die and tells him about how he used to be a member of the Shadow Line before seeing the rainbow and vowing to protect them. Sakito doesn't see how it relates to Genba's situation since Akira is still alive.
Suddenly, Senro Grumer and his Conga Line appear at the train station, and the Kurumaju fires a ball of light at Genba, Akira, and Byun-Di, causing the Trio to be trapped in Grumer's conga line in succession. Genba inadvertently comments that this is beyond his ability to help, which makes Jyo, Ishiro, and Mira realize that Genba is behind them, much to Genba's embarrassment. While the Boonboomgers are happy to see Genba back, they ask him who the other person behind him is. Byun-Di replies that the Man in the Construction Worker's Outfit is Akira Nijino, a ToQger, much to their confusion.
Sakito runs in front of Senro Grumer and prepares to shoot him, but Kurumaju tells him that if he does, everyone he trapped will be caught in the explosion. The entire conga line complains that Senro Grumer didn't tell them that fact beforehand, and Sakito reluctantly decides to step aside. The Sanseaters praise him before realizing that they are also in danger because they are trapped in the train tracks. Taiya arrives and tells Sakito that in order to stop Kurumaju, they must form their own train tracks.
The ToQger Boonboomger collaboration episode continues with Taiya and Sakito following Senro Grumer and cornering him in a park before transforming into Bun Red and Violet, then, using their Boonboom Handle and Boonboom Controller finishers, the duo eventually create a train track and force him and the hostages to circle around, safely eliminating the risk of an explosion. Akira says Taiya has a good imagination and that he reminds him of Right.
While Taiya wonders who Right Akira is talking about, Suddenly, the Rainbow Line appears and the Red Ranger, ToQ 1gou jumps out of it. He greets Akira and uses Taiya and Sakito to hold off the Renketsu Bazooka, which fires an illusion of Ticket, which clones itself and frees all of Senro Grumer's hostages. Right tells Taiya and Sakito that they are pretty good while Senro Grumer summons Nejiretta and escapes. The freed Ishiro, Mira, and Jyo transform into Bun Blue, Pink, and Black respectively and join the rangers, after performing a Rollcall, ToQ 1gou who also performed a rollcall, accidentally drags the Boonboomgers to pose with him.
While fighting Nejiretta in the forest, ToQ 1gou uses Transfer Change using the Yellow and Green Ressha to defeat them, impressing the Boonboomgers. As they all fight, Genba watches from the sidelines, and Akira tells him that the Boonboomgers are quite a formidable team and that one day he will understand that he still has his friends. Akira is optimistic that Genba will rejoin them before playing his harmonica and leaving.
In the ToQger Boonboomger collaboration episode, the Boonboomgers and ToQ 1gou managed to destroy all of the Nejiretta. Then Bun Red, ToQ 1 Gou and Bun Violet used their combined finisher, Bakuage Rainbow Drive on Senro Grumer, destroying it as well. When Yarucar enlarged Kurumaju, the Boonboomgers formed Boonboomger Robo, but when Sakito told Byun-Di they should join the Boonboomgers, his nauseous partner had to move away due to the motion sickness he got from walking so much. Right decided to help him and summoned the Rainbow Line.
The two board it and form ToQ-Oh using the Boonboom Controller Voice Approval System, but Sakito struggles with the controls. When Senro Grumer forms a rail to attack them, Bundorio uses Boonboom Off-Road to open the rail and make it fall. A frustrated Sakito then rips off ToQ-Oh's handle and inserts his own Boonboom Controller to be able to use it easily, much to Right's confusion. The two robots manage to destroy Senro Grumer, but ToQ 1gou disappears from ToQ-Oh's cockpit, much to Sakito, Mira, and Jyo's confusion.
The Boonboomger ToQger collaboration episode ends with the battle finally over, ToQ 1gou transforming, revealing Right Suzuki. A hopeful Right states that he can imagine the Boonboomgers achieving their dreams before he departs on his own journey, with the sky still showing a rainbow as the Boonboomger ToQger collaboration episode ends.
