Boonboomger Go-On Collaboration Episode Synopsis
The Boonboomger Go-On collaboration episode tells the story of Taiya finding something that looks like a small car, similar to the Boonboom Car. Then, the mysterious car starts talking to him. Soon after, Go-On Red appears before Taiya and his friends, who are in big trouble. Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger and Go-On Red use Mach Full Force.
Boonboomger Go-On Collaboration Episode Plot
The Boonboomger Go-On collaboration episode begins with Yaiyai and Itasha both badmouthing the Cannonborg leader, with Yaiyai distrusting him and Itasha thinking he’s weird, arrogant, and suspicious. Decotrade tries to get them to keep such talk to themselves but slips up and throws his own shade at their new commander by calling him “Four-Eyed Chief.”
The Boonboomger Go-On collaboration episode continues with Cannonborg appearing and having heard their insults, threatens to transform them as punishment, causing the Trio to panic and try to distance themselves from him. He states that as promised, he will be taking over their operations starting today, taking over Itasha's job of finding an abandoned pair of Geta and using his Ignition Key to transform them into Geta Grumer. Itasha is naturally upset that she no longer has any purpose considering Cannonborg took her job of creating monsters.
Elsewhere, Taiya has finished another delivery and greets Bun Bun, saying that she will be home soon as she walks towards her car. She stops when she hears something in the grass screaming in pain, finds a small red car and picks it up. Taiya initially thinks it is some kind of Boonboom Car, until the car suddenly starts talking, surprising Taiya. The car introduces itself as Speedor, a Machine from the Machine World and says that it is nice to meet Taiya.
The Boonboomger Go-On collaboration episode continues with Taiya taking Speedor with him to the garage, where Engine asks Mira, Genba, Ishiro, Bun Bun and Taiya if they would mind helping him find his partner, Sosuke. He explains that he came out of a dimensional portal and came to the Human World but he was suddenly hit by a falling meteor and shrunk to the size of a toy car because the impact shook his Soul and he was unable to transform back to his normal size.
Speedor hopes that finding Sosuke will help him, Ishiro asks if he is not like he usually is now. Speedor says that is true and that some time ago he defended Earth with his fellow Engines and their human partners from the evil Gaiark and established peace, with a flashback showing the Engines forming Engine-O G12 with the help of the Go-Ongers. Mira says that Jyo really wanted to hear that there were other superheroes out there, while Genba is honored to have a “veteran hero” in their midst.
The Boonboomger Go-On collaboration episode continues with Mira thinking that the relationship between the Engines and the Go-Ongers sounds a lot like Taiya's relationship with Bun Bun, and Bun Bun agrees. Taiya promises that they will deliver Speedor to Sosuke, and everyone agrees to help find him.
At Jyo’s police station, a man wearing a familiar racing jacket delivers a crying, lost boy to Officer Akuse, telling him to look after him while he goes looking for the boy’s mother “at Mach Speed.” Jyo thanks the man for his help but insists that finding the boy’s mother is something the police can handle.
The man turns out to be Sosuke, who says he refused because he promised the boy he would make sure to find him. Jyo feels that it is not something a civilian should do, but Sosuke ignores him and tries to encourage the boy to “smile, smile” as he heads out, flipping his coin to decide which direction to go, heading straight to the right when it lands.
The Boonboomger Go-On collaboration episode continues with Jyo thinking that there is no way the man can find someone by looking in random directions and tries to talk to the boy for information. This proves to be more difficult than Jyo thought as the boy is too scared to talk and keeps crying, but Sosuke suddenly returns with the boy's mother and the two are happily reunited. Sosuke pats the boy's head, happy that he was able to help while Jyo stares at Sosuke in shock.
In the bushes near the park fountain, Geta Grumer stalks his first victims, a couple enjoying a fruit snack together by the fountain. Geta Grumer is angry that the couple are wearing sneakers and boots and rushes over to them to change their footwear into geta. The couple is upset that their stylish footwear has been changed into geta as they cry for their own boots and shoes back, which turn into Ghassolin for Geta Grumer to absorb, demanding that they scream louder.
The Boonboomger Go-On collaboration episode continues with the team being informed of the attack by Bun Bun, with Taiya apologizing to Speedor as they had to postpone their search due to an emergency, Speedor understanding as Taiya carries him.
Back at the police station, the mother waves goodbye to Sosuke as he heads home with his son, but Jyo gets a call to go to where Kuramaju is, Sosuke becomes curious as to what made the police run in such a hurry.
The Boonboomger Go-On collaboration episode continues with Geta Grumer having put more people in geta and chasing them, threatening to hit anyone with his kendo stick if they move too slowly, which scares the civilians even more to the point of screaming and producing more Ghassolin as they struggle to run in their heavy wooden sandals. The chase is interrupted by the arrival of Taiya and her comrades which gives the civilians plenty of time to escape. Speedor goes to a safe place to watch behind a park bench since he is not at full power while Taiya, Mira, Ishiro, and Genba transform. Speedor is surprised to see that the people with him are Rangers.
The Boonboomger Go-On collaboration episode continues with the team doing a good job of clearing out Neijiretta and Jyo coming to join the fight. Meanwhile, Cannonborg is watching from a hidden camera and brags that he put a nasty surprise inside Geta Grumer to prevent the Boonboomgers from using their Bakuage Handling Drive finisher.
Geta Grumer unleashes his signature technique: Geta 100t, which traps the team's feet in iron geta, each pair of which as the name suggests weighs 100 tons and completely immobilizes the Boonboomgers. Ishiro tries to fire his shots, but the bullets have no effect and no one can move, as the ground is higher than the Geta, preventing the wheels of their boots from touching the ground. Geta Grumer attacks and hits each Ranger with his kendo stick.
The Boonboomger Go-On collaboration episode continues with Speedor getting fed up with how unfair the fight is and rushing in to help the Boonboomgers, hitting Geta several times. The trio notices a small red Machine and wonders what it is, with Itasha thinking it reminds her of Yaiyai, who denies that there is any resemblance at all. Cannonborg spots Speedor and recognizes it, remembering that it was the object he crashed into on his way to Earth.
Speedor charges once more at Geta, only to be hit by a kendo stick swung like a baseball bat and falls to the ground. Geta Grumer is about to finish them all off with his Geta Drone, when he is hit in the face with a coin. Sosuke has arrived and reunites with Speedor when Taiya throws the Machine at him, Sosuke mistakenly calling his junior “Boonboom Red” and apparently not hearing Taiya trying to correct him.
Sosuke wonders why Speedor is still small despite wearing the Engine Cast, but his partner says that it can wait since they have to save the Boonboomgers. Sosuke agrees and tucks Speedor into his jacket to keep it safe as he transforms into Go-On Red, surprising the Boonboomgers who did not know Sosuke was a Ranger. The trio panics as they did not anticipate that another superhero would appear and complain that no one told them about this.
The Boonboomger Go-On collaboration episode continues with Sosuke summoning his Road Saber and charging in, despite Taiya trying to tell his senior that he should not charge towards the enemy and be wary of his attacks. Sosuke says he only does things one way: move forward at Mach Speed. This stubbornness gets Sosuke trapped in a pair of 100-ton geta, with the Boonboomgers frustrated that Go-On Red won't listen, but Sosuke's burning desire to keep going allows him to keep going despite the weight.
Geta is surprised his opponent is still moving but then tries to finish him off with Geta Drone, only for Speedor to come out of Sosuke's suit and destroy it. The two then work together with Speedor increasing his boost to maximum with Sosuke holding him, then surfing on Road Saber to perform the Saber Straight: Speedor Rendezvous attack that knocks Geta Grumer off balance and frees everyone from their iron getas.
The Boonboomger Go-On collaboration episode continues with the Boonboomgers and Go-On Red doing roll call together and Bun Bun getting excited to see the six Rangers together. Sosuke manages to get Speedor's Engine Soul out of its cast, and heals it. The Rangers then perform a combination finisher to defeat Geta Grumer: the Bakuage Go-On Handling Drive which infuses the Boonboomgers' attack energy into Speedor to hit Geta Grumer like a missile until he is destroyed.
Yaiyai enters Highway Space after collecting Ghassolin, with the Boonboomgers and Go-On Red chasing after them. Bun Bun is impressed by Speedor as they race together, who shows off his skills by running around Yaiyai then switching to flying mode to grab the evil monster car and throw it off the track. After taking out Ghassolin, Yaiyai falls but Itasha and Decotrade manage to catch him and praise him for a job well done.
The Boonboomgers form Boonboomger Robo but are hit by a Virtual Geta Beam attack that paralyzes Bun Bun's legs and Geta Grumer destroys it with his Kendo stick, which releases the Boonboom Off-Road and Boonboom Wagon from Bun Bun's arms leaving her helpless. Mira wonders what happened, to which Ishiro explains that Boonboomger Robo's legs are trapped in a powerful gravity well and are unable to move. Just as things look bleak for the heroes, Speedor returns from the Machine World with his wife BearRV and Engine Bus-On with Sosuke combining them into Engine-O to help Boonboomger Robo.
The Boonboomger Go-On collaboration episode continues with Engine-O using his incredible speed to knock Geta Grumer several meters away while Sosuke proposes to help his junior's mobility by combining the "three-legged racing style". Boonboom Wagon and Off-Road tie up the two Robos' legs and they work together to kick Geta Grumer unconscious to eliminate the effects of gravity. The two Robos then perform the Boonboomger Rolling Inferno rolling technique to knock Geta Grumer back down, then finish him off with a double sword slash attack: Go-On Boonboom Grand Prix.
The Boonboomger Go-On collaboration episode continues with Speedor revealing what brought him to the Human World in the first place, he wanted to invite Sosuke to attend his son's wedding, with BearRV saying that his fellow Go-Ongers are already in the Machine World waiting for him at the reception. Sosuke accepts the invitation and bids farewell to his "Kohaigers", entrusting the safety of the Human World to them.
The Boonboomger Go-On collaboration episode ends with Taiya wishing Sosuke the best of luck, and Sosuke saying the same thing to the former, calling him “Boonboom Red” again only to be corrected by Taiya, but Sosuke reveals that he was just kidding. He puts on Go-On Red’s helmet and boards the Speedor, speeding off to Machine World. Bun Bun shouts goodbye as they leave, saying how cool they were, as Taiya thinks about his partnership with Bun Bun and smiles.
